complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. Shown above is the beach in
front of the condo. The Villas Marlin condos are on a gorgeous white sand,
swimming beach, in the middle of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the
largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza). You are walking distance to good
restaurants and shopping, and close to the Cancun nightlife and entertainment.
The complex has 3 fabulous oceanfront pools, and is located on a magnificent,
pristine, powdery sand beach. It is a larger 1 bedroom unit, and can sleep up to 6
people. A great deal! Villas Marlin is a private ownership condo complex. The
powdery, white sand beach is only a minute walk from the condo! This gorgeous
beach has crystal clear, turquoise blue, warm water. It's a perfect spot for
families, or just the two of you! The condo is located in between the Sheraton and
the Ritz Carlton hotels. It has easy access to the bus lines that run up and down
the main strip. It's in the middle of the hotel zone, close to what's happening! It's a
fantastic vacation spot!

The condo has a large bedroom, with 2 queen beds. It has a full kitchen with
utensils, dishes, pots and pans,
new microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, stove, and oven. The unit is fully
and furnished, with 2 full size futon couches in the living room. It has new
furniture, and has been freshly painted recently. It is a spacious and nicely
furnished condo, on two floors. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a
table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal
outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are
beautiful marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a
telephone, 2 TVs with cable, 2 DVD/VCR´s, A/C, fans, laundered towels and
sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Villas Marlin condo
complex has lifeguards, security guards, a convenience store, tour office, condo
management office (with internet and phone access for a fee), laundry services,
tennis courts, children’s pool, tennis courts, and private parking for guests.

The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating,
snorkeling, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent
restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only
minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan jungle tours, swim with
dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs or Xel Ha. Visit Tulum or Chichen Itza (Mayan
ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and enjoy the sun!
The sunrise and sunset are magnificent. You can walk on the beach for miles! Take
a boat trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, and snorkel or shop! Nearby Amenities:
Groceries, Craft Shops, Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Parasailing, Gym, Scuba,
Caves. Cinemas with English speaking films (walking distance away). Close by

if the condo is left in good order. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to

stay is required, or there is a $30 checkout fee. We generally
handle map, information sheet, and instructions for the keys via email. We can
have a local key pickup. We accept Paypal, checks or money orders. We have 2
other vacation rentals that we have managed for many years, and can provide
references. We also work with the Villas Marlin rental agency, and you can check
