ideal setting for your Tuscan holiday. This carefully restored farmhouse is
surrounded by a lovely meadow with a view to the Tuscan hills, and has all the
amenities necessary for a wonderful Italian holiday, including fully equipped
kitchen facilities and a lovely swimming pool.
The house includes three apartments which, when joined, can accomodate up to
12 people for family reunions or large parties. Depending on availability,
arrangements can also be made for smaller groups.

The house is fully furnished and includes all dishes, linens, bedding, etc. Prices
include electricity and gas (with the exception of heating, which is an extra cost).
A chef can be engaged to prepare meals.
Each apartment includes a full kitchen, with a dishwasher. A clothes washer is
available for common use.
The property includes a beautiful 6m X 12m swimming pool,with outdoor barbeque
and recreation facilities.

Il Ceriolo is located just 5km outside the town of Castiglion Fiorentino in eastern
Tuscany near the Umbrian border. There are many charming towns and villages,
including picturesque Cortona, within easy distance.
Siena and the Chianti region are only an hour's drive and Florence is less than an
hour away by train.
Guided Wine and Olive Oil tours are available from a local travel agency. Cooking
lessons can be arranged at the house or at another location.

The house can be rented entirely, or it is possible to divide it into three
apartments. Depending on then season, the cost varies between 600 euro/wk in
the low season for the smaller apartment to 3,500 euro/wk for the entire house in
the high season.
