that sleeps up to 10. You'll have a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, den, and
three decks to entertain or simply enjoy this tropical setting.
The master suite, located on the main level, is attached to a laundry room with
washer and dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin
sinks. The master suite looks out over its own deck. Bedroom #1 is located on the
second floor and it, too, looks out over its own deck. A second full bathroom is
located between bedroom #1 and bedroom #2. Cable TV in every room, with DVD
player and stereo in great room. Bring your boat with you. You'll have access to a
private, gated boat ramp and marina on Wolf Bay.
Within two residential blocks of this beautiful home, you'll have access to three
clean and quiet Wolf Bay waterfront parks and beaches and use of a boat ramp
and boat slip on serene Wolf Bay. Just two blocks in the other direction from our
home, you'll have use of new, well-maintained tennis courts, a kiddie pool and
olympic pool with diving board and slide, a fitness and workout center, a gym with
basketball and volleyball courts, a game room with billiards, ping pong, and air
hockey, and a state-of-the-art playground for a nominal fee of $5 per day paid to
the facility if/when used.
There's something for everyone without all the hustle and bustle of the condo
scene. You'll be under 2 miles from a quiet public access to the Gulf beaches and
minutes from shopping at the Riviera Outlet mall in Gulf Shores, plus fine dining, a
vibrant night life, horseback riding, batting cages, amusement parks, first class
golf courses, deep sea and inshore
