The property dates from the 18th century during the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies
is owned by our family since 1830, the new country home which originally had only
one storey, has undergone many changes it has been carefully restored
throughout in the last decade.
Verdetecnica is located 1 Km. out of town on the top of a small height with an
extensive view over the countryside. The site is in fact a panoramic terrace
overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast on the other
side.

It is the perfect way to have total access to the city whilst still being able to
escape in an oasis of green tranquillity.
Some of the island's best f ish restaurants are minutes away whilst the sandy
beach is a 15 minute drive.
The common garden 2500 sq.mts is made out of our green house, palms, cacti,
olive and citrus trees and many Mediterranean flowering shrubs. We are
landscape gardeners and we are resident in the premises.
