| Description |
Beautiful condominium with lovely views on Crested Butte mountain, right next to lift. Great for beginners.
In winter, completely ski-in/ski-out. The ski school is right next door, as are two lifts, Peachtree and the t-bar. In the morning, you ski down to the tbar, which is free, and then ski down to buy your lift ticket- you don't have to plan your day ahead. The sweet ski school for children is about 100 feet from the bottom of the tbar - but you can also ski strait to it from the top of the tbar.
The run down to the condo at the end of the day from the top of the mountain is the prettiest on the hill, with almost 360 degree views of the whole valley. The tbar hill is the best sledding hill on the mountain after hours! And the views are spectacular of all Crested Butte valley.
In summer, mountain bike trails in back, easy walk to gondola for fun ride up mountain. There are tough mountain-biking trails right out back, and also a real real easy one that takes you into town, where you can sling your bike on the back of the town bus for free and ride back up. The fishing is great, and river rafting/canoeing is a must. Try Crested Butte in summer!
In Fall, especially September 15-October 15 the leaves on the Aspens and Cottonwoods are a riot of color. Fishing, golfing, biking, and hiking beckon everywhere.
