The Willows is a 16 unit luxury townhome association located less than a mile from
the Mount Werner Ski Area. Almost every home in the Willows is owner-occupied,
providing a quiet mountain environment. Home owner association rules that no
pets are allows. As well, this is a no-smoking unit. Adherence to these guildelines
must be strictly enforced.
A shuttle stop is located directly next door to the Willows, providing convenient
transportation up to the ski slope or to the quaint western 'Olde Town Steamboat'
area.
Willows #14 is a beautifully appointed home with premium finishes throughout.
Granite countertops, hand-crafted alder cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and
stone-tiled bathrooms are some of the amenities you'll find in this functional
mountain home. Furnishings and decor throughout Willows #14 have been
provided by a professional design firm. The home is truly affords a pleasurable
stay to the most discerning guest!
Willows #14 is three stories high with a single-car garage and entryway on the
first floor. There is ample room for sports equipment storage as you enter the
home. The main living area, including a powder room is on the second floor,
affording wonderful views of the surrounding mountain and valley areas. A
master bedroom/bath suite furnished with a king-size bed plus a second
bedroom furnished with bunk beds occupies the 3rd floor.

There is literally something for everyone. In the summer, biking, mountain biking,
swimming, kayaking, tubing, rafting, horseback riding,and hiking are a few of the
many outdoor involvements you can find. Olde Town Steamboat boasts blocks of
specialty retail stores for those wishing to shop. In the winter, sking (downhill,
cross country, and back country) occupies the major activity, however ice skating,
winter sleigh rides, snowshoeing, and of course shopping are readily available.
The numerous Steamboat Hot Springs offer natural theraputic respite to those
wishing to 'soak'...
All in all, Steamboat Springs is a wonder vacation spot any time of the year.
