just constructed and furnished apartment villa is located in one of the Dominican
Republics most quaint communities, Palma Real Villas at Cocotal Golf & Country
Club, Punta Cana.
The villa is a short distance from a pristine white sandy beach. Relax on the
secluded beach, or by your exquisite private pool which is on the 16th Hole of
Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Within a five minute drive you can be one of the
first to experience the new magnificent 'Manatee Park Bávaro', with its erforming
dolphins and sea lions.
Our 145 SM newly built and decorated villa features a large open living/dining room
area with a private balcony, fully furnished kitchen and two spacious bedrooms
with furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed with mahogany French
doors that open up to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size
bed with a view that overlooks the pool. The living room downstairs has a sofa
with a queen size bed that sleeps two guests. Our villa also has three full
bathrooms which feature marble tiled shower/tub units.
Our Villa has a full time staff which includes a manager, 24 hour security and
cleaning personnel. Our office has internet and 800 telephone access for your
convenience.

$500.00 Refundable Security Deposit. Refunded within 14 days of departure
