Our single storey villa is fully air conditioned and professionally furnished to
executive standard throughout, with 2 Master Suites and 2 Twin bedrooms sharing
a bathroom. The spacious family room, dining room and kitchen are open-plan. The
family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD and stereo. 2 sofas, one converts to a
Queen-size sleeper. The adjoining dining room has sliding doors to outside patio
dining area.
The large Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, cable TV, VCR, phone, clock,
ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Large sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The
en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a large walk-in shower and separate Roman
style oval tub.
Bedroom Two at the front of the house has uninterrupted views across the lake. It
has a Queen-size bed, cable TV, Video, fitted closet, ceiling fan, clock radio and
drawer unit. The en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower and vanity
unit. Bedrooms Three and Four have twin beds, fitted closets, drawer unit, cable
TV, DVD/portable CD and share a separate full bathroom.
The Kitchen has breakfast bar and every major appliance. The separate laundry
room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen, towels and pool
towels are supplied. Hairdryers are in all the bathrooms. All baby equipment is
supplied at no extra cost. All sliding doors to pool area are alarmed. The double
garage has electric door opener. BBQ Grill is supplied at no extra charge. Pool
toys are also included in the rate.
The Pool area has covered lanai with table and chairs and a ceiling fan. The deck
has shower and luxurious sun beds, accessible by sliding doors from the master
bedroom, dining and family room. Our fully screened private heated pool has
underwater coloured lighting, making night swimming inviting! The extended corner
lot has established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing total privacy.

This exclusive new development has many features including 2 lakes where fishing

Pool heating is recommended for the cooler winter months of October to March
inclusive. This is an extra charge of £85 ($120) per week (inclusive of Tax)
Bookings of 4 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50/$75.
Deposit of £100/ $175 per week due on booking and final balance required 10
weeks before departure.
£200/$300 Returnable Security deposit applies.
Additional nights are charged pro-rata.
Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or longer......... rates are
negotiable at certain times of year - please enquire.
